Title: Operations Manager

Duties: The Operations Manager reports to the restaurant group owner and has primary responsibility for the restaurant in Rockaway Beach, Oregon, but assists with oversight of all restaurant locations. Responsibilities:

· Works regularly with the owner to implement policies and plans affecting budgets, menu and personnel.

· Reviews financial statements and other data to measure productivity, goals, and to identify areas for improvement.

· Coordinates with owner regarding setting budgets and policies.

· Controls financial activities and operational costs to maximize efficiency and profits.

· Establishes policies, procedures and goals to maintain efficiency.

· Monitors operations to ensure that the restaurants provide services within budgets.

· Develops or implements marketing, including advertising.

· Oversees programs for recycling and waste management.

· Oversees compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.

· Performs personnel functions as assigned by owner.

· Ensures superior customer service is provided by the restaurants.

· Works with owner to develop new concepts and menus for the restaurant.

Minimum Requirements: 4 years of experience as a restaurant manager, hospitality manager or very similar role, to include the following skills which may have been gained concurrently:

· Demonstrated ability to manage finances in a restaurant or hospitality setting.

· Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret financial information and apply it to restaurant operations.

· Demonstrated ability to develop and implement restaurant operation policies that lead to efficiency and cost savings.

· Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise other employees in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
